Welcome to Long Buckby Hockey Club!

We are a fun and friendly club offering ladies’, mixed, men’s and junior hockey. As a club we are always looking to recruit more players across all of our teams. Have a look through our site pages to find out more.

Club Update

Long Buckby Hockey Club are now looking to implement their summer plans in accordance with the COVID-19 guidance set by the Government and England Hockey.

To ensure that Long Buckby Hockey Club can implement all the requirements to manage COVID-19, as a Club we must complete specific procedures to enable us all to return to playing hockey. How these measures will affect members:

The Club has a designated Covid Officer and this is Sam Grisewood.

Any player who displays symptoms or tests positive for Coronavirus must inform the Covid Officer as soon as possible to enable the track and trace system to be effective.

Participation Agreement

All players and members will have to complete a participation agreement form to ensure they are willing to abide by the guidelines set by the Government and England Hockey to enable safe participation in the sport.

NO PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT = NO HOCKEY.

This is an agreement implemented by England Hockey and the Government to ensure track and trace and is also advocated by Long Buckby Hockey Club as registers of attendance must be taken at every training and at every game for the safety of all.

Self-Assessment
